2017 WAM Conference Registration

We encourage everyone to register online, but if you prefer to mail in a paper registration form, you can download one here.

Online registration

In one transaction, you can register for the conference, pay your annual membership dues, and make an additional donation to WAM. You may pay by credit card, e-check (withdrawal from your bank account), or paper check (as described below). Your registration confirmation and payment receipt will arrive by email.

Individuals must register separately
Unlike with the paper-based registration system, each person must register and pay individually. The first person to register from a household or business/organization should pay the WAM membership fee, but additional members can select a $0 option for membership.

Login, register, or neither
At the top of the first registration page, there are two buttons: one to log in to an existing account (set up last year), and another to register for a new account (for use in subsequent years). You do not need to have or to set up an account in order to register for the conference; you can ignore the buttons and simply begin filling out the form.

Pay by credit card, e-check, or paper check
If you choose to pay by credit card or e-check (withdrawal from your bank account), enter the required information on the Make Payment page. If you'd prefer to pay by paper check, then on the Make Payment page, click on Logout in the upper lefthand corner. That will end your registration session, but your information will still be in the system. Then simply mail a check to the WAM Registrar at the address below. There's no need to send a paper registration form or anything else. Your registration will be completed when the check has been received.

Paper registration

If you prefer the traditional registration method, you can download a copy of the paper registration form, print it, and fill it out. If you do so before the early-bird deadline of February 23, 2017, please mail it with your check or credit-card information to the address at the bottom of the form. After February 23, please bring the completed form and payment to the conference and turn it in at the registration desk; do not mail.

Registration confirmation and receipt

After you have registered and paid for the conference, you will receive an acknowledgement via email. If you need a receipt for reimbursement or tax purposes, simply print out the email. Paper receipts will not be included in the registration packets, as before.
